PeepGrid ("we", "us", or "our") is an adults-only (18+) service for watching multiple live cams and videos in one grid. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. By using PeepGrid you agree to this policy.

1. Information You Give Us

Account details: if you create an account we store your username, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
Your grid and favourites: when you're logged in, your grid layout, the cams and videos on it, your favourites and your settings are saved on our servers so they sync across your devices. Without an account they stay in your browser's local storage.
Gooner Rooms and chat: if you open or join a Gooner Room, the room's grid, chat messages and who is in the room are shared with everyone in that room. We keep a record of rooms (host, start/end time, viewer counts, number of chat messages) for running and improving the service.
Email preferences: your choices for digests, room notifications and other emails.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Activity: when you use PeepGrid we record when you were last active, how many visits you make, approximate time spent on the site, page loads, and your device type (desktop, mobile or tablet).
IP address and approximate location: we log your IP address and use it to determine your approximate country. We use this for security, abuse prevention and statistics.
What's on your grid: while the site is open, your browser periodically tells our server which cams and videos are currently on your grid. We use this to show "most watched" and "online now" figures (shown only as totals, never with your name), to find and fix problems, and for moderation (see section 3).
Local storage: we use your browser's local storage to remember your settings and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Moderation and Admin Access

To keep PeepGrid safe and legal, authorised PeepGrid administrators can view account information, saved grids and favourites, activity information, and — for logged-in users who are online — the cams and videos currently on that user's grid, in real time. Administrators may also view open Gooner Rooms without appearing in the viewer list. This access is used for moderation, safety, abuse investigation, support and improving the service. It is not used to sell or publish your personal information.

4. How We Use Information

To provide the service: syncing your grid, running Gooner Rooms, showing live and offline status.
To send emails you've chosen to receive (and essential account emails such as password resets).
To show aggregate statistics such as how many people are online and which cams are most watched.
For security, moderation, preventing abuse and enforcing our Terms.
To understand how PeepGrid is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

Cam and video sites: streams and videos are embedded from third parties such as Chaturbate and Pornhub. When you watch them, those sites may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Service providers: we use hosting (DigitalOcean), a network and security provider (Cloudflare), an email delivery service (Resend) and an IP-location lookup service to run PeepGrid. They process data only to provide their services to us.

6. Data Retention

We keep account data, saved grids and activity information while your account exists. Logs, room records and visit statistics are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and are periodically deleted or trimmed. When an account is deleted, we remove its saved data, except where we must keep information for legal, safety or abuse-prevention reasons.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can use PeepGrid without an account; your grid then stays in your browser.
You can change your email preferences in your account settings or via the link in our emails.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and personal data by contacting us through the Site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Children

PeepGrid is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do, and for significant changes we may also notify registered users.
